Yoga is an ancient Indian system to keep a person fit in body and mind. It is basically a system of self-treatment. According to the yogic view, diseases, disorders and ailments are the result of some faulty ways of living, bad habits, lack of proper knowledge and unsuitable food. The root cause of a disease lies in the mistakes of the individual himself. The yoga expert shows only the path and works no more than a counsellor. The yogic practice of treatment comprises three steps: proper diet, proper yogic practice and proper knowledge of things about the self.
We are what we eat. Proper diet is the first step in yoga. It consists of natural and vegetarian food which is easy to digest. Yogic exercises like 'Asanas' and 'Pranayama' help in proper blood circulation. Meditation keeps the mind calm and stress-free. Yoga improves flexibility, builds muscle strength, and boosts immunity. It is not just exercise but a way of life.
Tourism is the world's largest industry. It has witnessed a rapid growth in the last few decades. Tourism generates employment and earns foreign exchange. It promotes cultural understanding and international brotherhood. India is a land of diversity. It has a rich cultural heritage, beautiful landscapes, and historical monuments. Millions of tourists visit India every year to see the Taj Mahal, forts of Rajasthan, beaches of Goa, and backwaters of Kerala. However, we need to improve our infrastructure and safety measures to attract more tourists.

Barwani, 28th February 2026: A grand Science Exhibition was organized at Sandipani Vidyalaya yesterday on the occasion of National Science Day. The event was inaugurated by the District Education Officer. Students from classes 6 to 12 participated with great enthusiasm.
The students displayed various working models and charts related to solar energy, water conservation, robotics, and environmental protection. The model of a 'Smart City' and 'Hydraulic Bridge' attracted everyone's attention. The young scientists explained their projects confidently to the visitors.
The Chief Guest appreciated the innovative ideas of the students and encouraged them to develop a scientific temper. The exhibition was a huge success and provided a great learning platform for everyone. The day ended with the prize distribution ceremony.

Charley described it as having smaller rooms, fewer ticket windows, open-flame gaslights, brass spittoons, and people dressed in old-fashioned clothes. It represents an escape from the insecurity and fear of the modern world.
